Returns & exchanges

If your purchase isn’t the right fit, you can request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. The day after delivery is day one. This policy applies to purchases made directly through flowstateout.com.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original condition with the original case, accessories, and packaging.

Products that are damaged through misuse or excessive wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and should be in their original condition with the original case, accessories, tags, and packaging.

Items showing significant wear, misuse, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

We will need your order number or another proof of purchase. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, see the separate section below—these condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a product problem.

1. Email contact@flowstateout.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. You may include a reason to help us improve, but a reason is not required for an eligible change-of-mind return.

2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please wait for those instructions before shipping your item.

3. Pack the item securely and keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is resolved.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

For an incorrect item or a confirmed defect or delivery-related damage, we will arrange a suitable resolution and cover any return shipping we require.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with the outcome. If it is eligible, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the returned item, including applicable sales tax, to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving it. Shipping charges are handled as described above.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If we believe the return does not meet this policy, we will explain why and discuss the next steps with you before taking further action with the item.

To choose another colour or item, contact us to arrange a return and place a separate order for your preferred item. Replacement availability and pricing are determined when the new order is placed.

If something is wrong with your order, email contact@flowstateout.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available.

The 14-day change-of-mind return window does not limit rights you may have for defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
