14-Day Returns & Limited Warranty

At Flowstate Outdoors Inc., we build our gear for real-world adventure. We want you to put your eyewear and outdoor gear to the test on the trails, on the water, and everywhere in between with total confidence.

1. Our 14-Day Return Policy

You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery for purchases made directly through flowstateout.com. No reason is required for an eligible return.

Items should be in their original condition with the original case, accessories, tags, and packaging. Significant wear, misuse, damage, or missing components may affect refund eligibility.

Customers arrange and pay for change-of-mind return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. For complete eligibility, exchange, and refund details, see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

2. Manufacturer Warranty against Defects

In addition to our 14-day return policy, Flowstate Outdoors Inc. stands behind the craft and durability of our products.

  • Coverage: We warrant our sunglasses and outdoor gear against defects in materials and craftsmanship for up to 1 year from the original purchase date.

  • What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, loose or broken hinges, frame stress fractures not caused by accidental damage, and lens peeling or delamination due to factory coating issues.

  • What’s Not Covered: Standard wear and tear, scratched lenses resulting from normal use or improper storage, accidental drops, loss, theft, or damage caused by unauthorized modifications or extreme misuse.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

Starting a return or claim is quick and straightforward:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to support@flowstateout.com with your Order Number and the subject line Return Request or Warranty Claim.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Send It Back: Pack up your item securely and send it back to us.

  4. Refund / Replacement: Eligible change-of-mind returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return, as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Warranty claims will be inspected, and if approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued promptly.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. For incorrect items or confirmed defects or delivery-related damage, we cover any return shipping we require.

  • If your item is being returned or replaced under a verified manufacturing warranty claim, Flowstate Outdoors Inc. will cover the cost of shipping out your replacement product.
