At Flowstate Outdoors Inc., we build high-performance gear designed for adventure. We work quickly to get your eyewear and gear packed and shipped so you can hit the trail, water, or mountains as soon as possible.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders placed on flowstateout.com are processed Sunday through Saturday, including standard public holidays.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and handed off to carriers within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff will begin processing on the following day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. A secondary email containing carrier tracking details will follow as soon as your shipping label is generated.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with major reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery across Canada and the United States.

2.1. Same Day Delivery (SDD)

Same-day delivery is available in select areas for $4.99 and is free on eligible orders over $250. Check the interactive map below to see whether your address is within a delivery zone.

SERVICE AREA: ELIGIBLE FOR SELECT POSTAL CODEs. REFER TO OUR INTERACTIVE SDD MAP TO VERIFY COVERAGE BEFORE CHECKOUT. We are always looking to add other locations for SDD, if you have any suggestions on where we should launch sdd next, send us an email at contact@flowstateout.com with the header “Sdd launch” and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

PRICING: $4.99 FLAT RATE — FREE ON ORDERS OVER $250

ORDER CUTOFF: ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12:00 PM (NOON) ARE DELIVERED BY 11:00 PM on the SAME DAY.

AVAILABILITY: OPERATING 7 DAYS A WEEK WITHIN DESIGNATED SERVICE ZONES.

SPECIAL DELIVERY NOTES: IF YOUR ADDRESS REQUIRES A BUZZER CODE, UNIT NUMBER, GATE ACCESS, OR HAS UNIQUE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS, YOU MUST INCLUDE A CLEAR NOTE ATTACHED TO YOUR ORDER AT CHECKOUT TO PREVENT ANY DELIVERY CONFUSION. Including a phone number to your purchase ensures you get live updates on your delivery.

FAILED DELIVERIES: IF OUR DELIVERY ASSOCIATE IS UNABLE TO FIND YOUR ADDRESS OR SAFELY DELIVER YOUR ORDER DUE TO INCOMPLETE DETAILS OR INACCESSIBLE LOCATIONS, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE YOUR SHIPMENT TO STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE.

GROUND SHIPPING: $14.99 FLAT RATE, 1-3 days

FREE GROUND SHIPPING: AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED TO ALL CANADIAN ORDERS OVER $250

3. US Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

GROUND SHIPPING: $14.99 FLAT RATE, 5-15 days

EXPRESS SHIPPING: $30.00 FLAT RATE, 2-5 days

4. Order Tracking & Status Updates

Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

  • How to Track: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view real-time status updates.

  • Tracking Inquiries: It can take up to 24 hours for carrier scan events to update on the tracking page after your label has been created.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because our warehouse team works quickly to pack and dispatch shipments, the window for changes is short:

  • Address Changes / Cancellations: If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please email support@flowstateout.com immediately with the subject line URGENT: Order Change #[Order Number].

  • Please Note: Once an order has entered processing or dispatched to the carrier, we cannot modify or cancel it. If dispatched, you can initiate a return under our 14-day return policy once the package arrives.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We inspect and pack every order with extreme care, but issues can occasionally happen during transit.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or items inside are compromised, contact us at support@flowstateout.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged box and product.

  • Package Marked Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, check surrounding entryways, with neighbors, or your building management. If still missing after 24 hours, contact our support team to help initiate a carrier search.
